This firm has a reputation for working on the leading project finance transactions in North and SE Asia.

The role will suit an accomplished  project finance lawyer.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidates will have a solid grounding in general finance work and experience in PF for more junior candidates not essential but will be looked upon favourably. 

Key Requirements

• Top academics from high end US/UK (or common law equivalent) University.
• Lateral from peer US or Magic Circle firm.
• Training and/or experience with a leading US or International law firm with solid reputation particularly in project finance (preferred) and finance work essential.
• Star candidates that do not have project finance experience that have an interest in this area of finance will also be considered.
• Candidates based in the UK, US and Australia with be actively considered
• International travel will be required.

Salary – top US rate
